It is not fully clear to me what the exact problem is...
You posted your message in the Login One! Premium category, so I assume that you currently have the Premium Edition.
(1) Is there no notification message at all when the 2nd log-in is blocked?
(2) Or is there a notification message, but the message does not include a 'close session' link?
(3) What do you mean by "close session link"? Do you mean a clickable link that forces the other session to be logged out?

(2) and (3) A clickable link to force a logout of the user's other session(s) is only available in the Business Edition. Would you rather get the Business edition instead of your present Premium Edition, see our Discount & Refund policy:
