Unplugged icons mean that the corresponding weather data (metar) files are either corrupt or non-existing. Not all stations in the metar list actually transmit usable metar data (see setup instructions).
MambWeather will try to reload 'unplugged' stations every 5 minutes.
Are you sure that your station ICAO codes are correct? I see no differences between IE and FF.
MambWeather is not designed for multiple instances, like you have done. You should not get unplugged icons but you will see the same weather data for all stations, as you reported.
We have currently no near future plans to make MambWeather suitable fo multiple installs. I'm sorry...
