This is not possible with the current version of the module.
The module uses official weather station data, mainly from airports. Most people do not live at an airport and would need to choose an airport nearby.
Making a select option from existing stations is not handy, because there are some 7000+ stations available worldwide.
A possibility would be that your visitor can enter a weather station code of his choice (for example EHAM for Amsterdam), but then this visitor needs to look up the code first. This is not really user-friendly I guess…
I will think about if and how your idea could be implemented, but it will not be on short term.
