If you look at the MambWeather module, you will see a picture of a broken calendar in the image. This means that the weather data are more than 6 hours old. This explains that the displayed temperature is not the same as the actual temperature. The reason is that the station FNLU has not (yet) transmitted new data.

Times zones are all over the internet (Google!), for example on
www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/
The local sunrise/set hours are filled in manually at the Joomla! back-end. The default values 6 and 18 are averages throughout the year. Again, Google is your best friend:
www.timeanddate.com/astronomy/
If you get yourself the MambWeather Premium edition, you will not have to worry about local sunrise and sunset times, as these are then calculated automatically.
