The answer is NO.

Imagine that you are thinking about buying a car from us and now you are asking for our guarantee that it will fit into your home garage. If we have never seen your garage, it is obvious that we cannot give you this guarantee.
In analogy to this, we cannot guarantee the performance of our software if we do not know the set-up and configuration of the website where it will be implemented.

If you want to make sure that our software will work on your website, there are two things you can do:
1. Always test the freeware edition first. If you can't get this to work, then the paid editions will also fail.
2. Give us a temporary Super Admin back-end access to your website and we will test the paid edition of our software on your website. Many of our customers have trusted us in this and they are now using our software to their full satisfaction.
